Subscriptions ship free, on your first order and every renewal.

One-time orders of $28 or more ship free.

One-time orders under $28 ship for a flat $5.

The $28 free shipping minimum is based on your order total after discounts. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders ship within 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout, and we'll email you tracking as soon as your order ships.

Damaged, lost or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@soundsgoodcompany.com within 7 days and we'll make it right. See our Refund policy for full details.
