I've worn hearing aids since 2016, when I was diagnosed with progressive bilateral hearing loss. Since then I've seen more audiologists and ENTs than I can count, done hundreds of hearing tests, and spent two years in a hearing research study with the NIH. Along the way I learned how much hearing health really matters, and that you can still build a full life of sound, music, and people.
For the last few years I've been working alongside doctors and researchers on something new for our community. More on that soon. For now, I'm here to bring us together on TikTok, Instagram, and right here, so we can share what we learn and look out for each other. Glad you're here.
